Services

What we drive, and how it is arranged

Most of this is the same car and the same chauffeur. What changes is how the day is structured around them — one trip, a full day, a multi-day conference, or a standing weekly run.

Core services

01

Corporate transportation

The standing arrangement behind business travel: executive trips, client visits and the airport runs at either end.

02

Executive chauffeur

The chauffeur is the service. Met at the door, luggage handled, and no conversation unless you start one.

03

Hourly chauffeur

The car stays with you between stops, so a six-appointment day does not become six separate bookings.

04

Corporate events

Arrivals, venue access and the departure rush at the end of the night, run as one movement.

05

Conference transportation

Hotel and convention centre shuttles, delegation movements and speaker transfers across a multi-day schedule.

06

Airports

Airport transfers have their own pages

Airport work is scheduled differently from everything above, because the timings move after the booking is made.

  • Toronto Pearson (YYZ)Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, met inside arrivals rather than at the curb.
  • Billy Bishop (YTZ)Minutes from the financial district, and the practical choice for a same-day return.
  • Hamilton (YHM)Further out, often better for the flight schedule, and the drive back is planned around the hour.

Not sure which one to book

Book by the trip if you know both ends and the time. Book by the hour if the schedule is likely to move or there are more than two stops. If your company will do this again next month, start a corporate account instead of arranging each trip separately. The fleet page covers which vehicle category fits the passenger and luggage count.

Reserve

Tell us the trip and we will confirm the rest

Send the details through the form, or call and we will work out which arrangement fits.
