These are the places we are asked about most, each with the local detail that actually affects a booking.

The Metropolitan Centre, Concord, Woodbridge and Kleinburg, tied together by Highway 7 and the 400.
Markham
Technology and professional-services offices along the 404, and a standing question about the 407.

Yonge and Sheppard, Consumers Road and Don Mills, all hanging off one very busy stretch of the 401.

The city of Toronto
The financial district, the waterfront, midtown, Scarborough, Etobicoke and everything between. Downtown pickups are handled with a named entrance rather than an intersection, because most towers have a door the building uses and a door a vehicle can use.

Peel
Mississauga and Brampton, dominated by proximity to the airport and by the 401, 403, 407 and QEW meeting in a small area. Trips within Peel are usually short; trips out of it depend entirely on which highway they use.

York Region
Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill, plus the corridor north along Yonge. Office parks rather than street frontage, and the 407 crossing the top of all of it as a paid alternative to the 401.

Halton and Hamilton
Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton, strung along the QEW. The lakeshore route is the only realistic road, which makes timing here less flexible than anywhere else we work.

Durham
The eastern municipalities along the 401. Longer runs into the city, and airport trips that cross the entire region — worth booking with more margin than the distance suggests.
Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa
Two things that decide every regional trip
The first is which airport the trip is really for. Pearson serves most of the region and is closest to the western half of it. Billy Bishop only makes sense if you are starting near the core. Hamilton is the right answer more often than people expect if you are west of Toronto.
The second is the hour. This region has two rush periods that behave like separate cities, and a trip that takes twenty-five minutes at eleven in the morning is not the same trip at eight. Every booking is timed against the conditions that apply, which is why we ask for the time you need to arrive rather than the time you would like to leave.
