Three categories, chosen by what you are carrying

Vehicles are grouped by capacity rather than badge, because the only questions that matter at booking are how many people are travelling and how much luggage is coming with them.

The three categories

Black executive sedan waiting at a downtown Toronto office entrance

Executive sedan

Passengers
Up to 3
Luggage
2–3 cases

The default for corporate travel. One or two passengers, briefcases and a cabin bag, moving across the city between appointments.

Black luxury SUV loading luggage outside a Toronto hotel

Luxury SUV

Passengers
Up to 6
Luggage
4–6 cases

Chosen for luggage or for weather. Checked bags for several travellers, or a January pickup on a road that has not been cleared yet.

Executive van parked outside a Toronto convention venue

Executive van

Passengers
Up to 14
Luggage
Group luggage

Keeps a group in one vehicle. Everyone arrives at the same moment, and the conversation carries on through the door.

{{NEEDS INPUT: confirm the passenger and luggage capacities above against the vehicles actually operated}}

Choosing between them

For one or two passengers moving between meetings with nothing more than a briefcase, the sedan is the right answer and the larger categories are money spent on empty seats. It is the default for a reason.

The SUV earns its place in two situations. The first is luggage: a family, a relocation, or two travellers with checked bags each. The second is January, when ride height and traction stop being a preference on an unploughed side street north of the city.

The van exists so that a group arrives together. Splitting eight people across three sedans means three arrival times, three sets of instructions and three chances for one car to be somewhere else. One vehicle removes that, and the group can keep talking on the way in.

When you are uncertain, give us the passenger and case count on the booking form and leave the category as undecided. We will confirm which one fits rather than leaving it to be discovered at the curb.

Every category

What does not change between them

The vehicle differs. The rest of the service does not.

  • Unbranded

No livery, no roof sign, no company name on the vehicle.

  • Clean on arrival

Interior and exterior, before every booking rather than every day.

  • Professional chauffeur

The same standard of driver regardless of which category you booked.

  • Climate set beforehand

The car is at a reasonable temperature when you open the door.

Questions

Picking a category

Count cases rather than people. A sedan takes two large cases and a cabin bag comfortably; a third large case is the point at which it stops being comfortable and starts being a decision made at the curb. If you are close to the line, take the larger category.

Luggage capacity matters most on an airport transfer, and passenger count matters most on conference transportation. Companies with a standing preference set it against their corporate account so it does not need restating on every booking.
