What we collect

Only what you type into the quote request form: your name, company if you give one, email address, phone number, the pickup and drop-off locations, the date and time, passenger count, vehicle preference, trip type, flight number if relevant, and any instructions you add.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party embeds on this site, and there are no cookies set by the pages themselves. Nothing is collected from you by simply reading a page.

Why we hold it

To quote the trip, confirm it, and carry it out. A phone number is how a chauffeur reaches you at a terminal; a flight number is how the pickup is adjusted when the aircraft is late. We do not use booking details to market anything to you.

Who else sees it

A quote request is delivered to us by email through a third-party email service, which processes the message in order to send it. The chauffeur assigned to your trip receives the details needed to carry it out — typically the name, contact number, pickup, destination and time.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Asking us to delete it

Write or call and ask. Tell us enough to identify the booking — a name and an approximate date is usually sufficient — and we will remove what we hold, other than anything we are required to keep.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the form is validated on our server before anything is sent. No payment details are collected through this website at all, so none are stored here.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this page. There is no version history kept, so if a specific wording matters to you, keep a copy.
